Fire safety

Insurance is required, if this is provided by the legislative acts of republic Belarus'. In other cases the insurance is voluntary.

Forms, conditions and procedure of required insurance it is determined by the legislative acts of republic Belarus' about the required insurance.

There are following forms of required insurance:

* the required insurance of the passengers (introduced into the action since January 1, 1996).
* the state required personal insurance:
- soldiers and the reservists (it is carried out since December 3, 1992);
- the series and commanding composition [OVD] (it is carried out since January 1, 1993);
- the prosecutor workers (it is carried out since April 1, 1993 - yes);
- the judges of republic Belarus' (it is carried out since May 1, 1995 - yes);

- the workers of the state tax inspection (it is carried out since January 1, 1996).
* the required insurance of the structures, which belong to the citizens (it is carried out since January 1, 1998).

Operations on the required insurance are carried out by state insurance organizations. State guarantees the payment to the insurants of insurance compensation or insurance sums on the required I see insurances with the offensive of the insurance cases, if insurance was carried out by state insurance organization.

As the objects of insurance acknowledge property, life, risk and other objects with what are connected the insurance interests: the property interests of legal and physical persons, and also the personal attitudes of the physical persons.
